cover

On the cover we see Superboy painting the fence while his parents sit in the yard commenting.

Pa Kent: "Painting the fence in only a few seconds -- that's our boy, Ma!"

Ma Kent: "No, Pa, that's our Superboy!"

this is notable for its similarity to the cover of issue #3 which saw him timing the hedge while his parents comment.

Ma Kent: "Trimming the hedges with his hand - that's our boy!"

Pa Kent: "No Ma, that's our Superboy!"
